You know banana bars?
This is like that...
But with MUFFINS!

INGREDIENTS:

Muffins:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2/3 cups candied pecans (or regular pecans and some brown sugar), chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Grease or line 24 muffin cups.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. Set aside.
- Stir the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir.
- Fill each muffin cup 3/4 of the way full.
- Mix the topping ingredients together. Sprinkle the topping on the batter/muffins.
- Bake for minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
