I love this recipe. I can change the type of cocoa powder or milk based on what I have.
For example, I can make it with regular cocoa and white milk...
or special dark cocoa and almond milk...
or *gasp!* special dark cocoa and chocolate milk. (That makes it triple chocolate.)
Also, you should be able to put a blob of Nutella or peanut butter on top (before you cook it). I haven't tried either one with this recipe, but it should turn out great!

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
|Special dark cocoa|
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. white, chocolate or almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- In a microwave-safe coffee mug, mix all of the ingredients together until smooth*.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds on high.
*The dry ingredients can be stored in a zippy bag for use later.
