CROCHET CAT NIP TOY PATTERN
SUPPLIES:
- Bernat Blanket Yarn (I've found this works well for pet toys)
- 8.00 mm (L) crochet hook
- Yarn needle
- Toy stuffing, optional
- Cat nip
- Scissors
PATTERN:
- Ch8
- Row 1: sc in 2nd ch, 6sc. (7)
- Rows 2 - end: *ch1, turn. sc in same stitch. 6sc.* Crochet from * to * until it's 5" long. (7)
4. Fold the rectangle in half. Using the yarn needle, sew together the left and right edges. Turn the rectangle "inside out".
5. Sew about half of the top closed. Then, using the small opening left on top, fill the toy with stuffing and/or cat nip.
6. Sew the remaining opening closed.
7. Weave in ends(s) and snip any remaining yarn.
