Seriously, these might be one of the best chocolate cookies I've ever had. I can't even taste the zucchini.
I think the zucchini is just there to make people feel healthier, like putting a treadmill in your basement before you sit on the couch and eat a bag of chips.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugars.
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 package mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream the butter and the sugars.
- Add the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the zucchini.
- Slowly add the flour, soda, powder and salt.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on parchment-lined cookie sheets.
