INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
Note: If your house in warm, keep the cookies in the refrigerator.
- Stir together the peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, or until the peanut butter is melted and the entire mixture is runny.
- Add in cereal and flour and stir until the cereal is completely coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- After the dough was in the fridge for at least 30 minutes scoop the cookies onto parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the cookies for at least 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Dip each cookie halfway in the chocolate. Top with sprinkles if desired.
- Allow the chocolate to harden.
Note: If your house in warm, keep the cookies in the refrigerator.
