Corn Casserole

Corn casserole is amazing. 

That's probably because it has butter in it.

I like butter.

Don't give me that look.

I know it's not great for me.

But is it acceptable for me to like butter if I say I like healthy stuff, too?

Let me start over:

I like walking, enjoying nature, eating spinach and other healthy activities.

I like butter.

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 package corn bread
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Spray a 9-inch pan. Pour all of the ingredients into the pan and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
