Welcome to the twenty-eighth post in my year-long Cookie Series, where I want to bring you a new and delicious cookie recipe every Tuesday of 2015!
This afternoon. I realized that I had forgotten to write a cookie post for today. July is No-bake Cookies Month, though, so trying a quick batch of cookies was no big deal.
Taking into account that I wanted a quick, no-fuss no-bake recipe, I decided to see if no-bake cookies could be made in the microwave. After some googlin' and some web surfin', I found a good one!
If you're craving something sweet with a gentle chocolate flavor, why not give these cookies a try? It's actually possible that it took me longer to get out the ingredients and supplies than it did for me to make the cookies. While the cookies are setting up, you could do the dishes. Or you could write part of a post and take pictures like me. Then, when the cookies are all nice and set up, go ahead and dig in!
I haven't actually tried the cookies yet. Excuse me for a moment.
Hey, they're really good!
Without further ado, here's the recipe:
