Taco Pie

Imagine a beautiful apple pie, warm and toasty from the oven.

Now imagine a wonderful taco filled with meat.

Now image both of those things together. Let's call it a Taco Pie.

I'm smiling right now because I'm imagining what you are imagining.

I'm also imagining that you have an absolutely-disgusted-so-that-makes-it-funny-looking face. You probably imagined a warm apple pie with hamburger in it or a taco shell with apples in it. Ha-ha.

But seriously, Taco Pie exists. It's yummy and wonderful. See?

Well, maybe don't judge a recipe by it's picture, ya' know?

TACO PIE

INGREDIENTS;

• 1 pound taco meat
• Beans
• Cheese
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix the meat and beans together. 
2. Put the meat in a 9-inch pie plate and add the cheese. Stir the Bisquick, milk and eggs together; pour over the meat and cheese.
3. Bake at 400 until done.
