I remember my grandma making these for me and my cousins many times. They're wonderful just as they are (without anything else on them), which makes them a delicious all-in-one hand-held snack.

TUNA PATTIES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 12 crackers, smashed
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. mustard
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- In a frying pan, cook little "pancakes" of tuna in butter until golden brown.
