Tuna Patties

I remember my grandma making these for me and my cousins many times. They're wonderful just as they are (without anything else on them), which makes them a delicious all-in-one hand-held snack.

After eating them again today, I can truly say that I still love them. They're easy to make and even easier to eat!



  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 12 crackers, smashed
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. mustard

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. In a frying pan, cook little "pancakes" of tuna in butter until golden brown.
