MOCHA BARS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. instant espresso crystals
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) package Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped and toasted walnuts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:
- Grease a 9-by-9-by-2-inch pan.
- Heat the milk and espresso slowly, and mix until dissolved.
- Stir in the first cup of chocolate chips and marshmallow, continuing to mix.
- After its smooth, take off the heat and stir into a bowl with the crushed Oreos and sugar.
- Mix in the walnuts.
- Pour into the greased pan and smooth the top.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and cream in the microwave (be careful it's not too long!) and stir.
- Smooth it over the top of the "batter" in the pan, and place in the fridge for an hour.
- When it's hard enough, divide it into small pieces.
- Keep in the fridge. Enjoy!
