You don't even have to bother with cooking the oats; they soften in the liquid overnight! Hooray!

REFRIGERATOR OATMEAL
There's lots of different ways to make the recipe your own!* |
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/3 cup milk, white or almond
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp. chia
- Additional ingredients*
DIRECTIONS:
- Put all of the basic ingredients into a pint jar.
- Add the extra ingredients.*
- Screw on the lid and shake it up.
- Refrigerate overnight.
*Once you put the basic ingredients into a jar, try one of these:
Berry/Vanilla
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. preserves
1/4 - 1/3 cup halved berries, fresh or frozen
Mango/Almond
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. honey
1/4 cup mango
Blueberry/Maple
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tsp. maple syrup
Pumpkin
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. syrup
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
Cinnamon/Apple
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. honey
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup diced apple, optional
