Pudding Cookies

Welcome to the twelfth post in my year-long Cookie Series, where I want to bring you a new and delicious cookie recipe every Tuesday of 2015!

For the past few days, I've been trying to think of a good introduction for this recipe. I don't think I've ever thought this long about an introduction. By this point, I should probably have an essay, or at least an awesome poem. But, alas, all I have is a mental barrel of rejected ideas.

Ooh. A mental barrel. That sounds poetic, right? I mean, it has to count for something. I've never heard of that before. A mental barrel, instead of a trash can. It sounds more pirate-y this way, doesn't it?

Let me take yer mental barrel of bad ideas, seal 'er up and toss 'er inta tha sea. Arr!
