Granola Bars

GRANOLA BARS

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 cups quick oats

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Microwave the peanut butter, corn syrup and honey together.
  2. Mix the honey mixture with the chocolate chips, raisins and quick oats.
  3. Press the granola into a pan.
  4. After it has cooled, remove it from the pan and cut it into bars.
  5. Keep the granola bars in the refrigerator.
