Recently, I had the idea to find every type of traditional cookie (not a meringue, crisp, wafer, etc.) and make a list of them. There's no need to ask why, I'm not quite sure myself.
After I made the long list of cookies, I thought that it would be fun to try some of them. After all, who wouldn't want to try a tofu cookie?
I decided to create my very first blog series based off of this idea. Every week in 2015, I will try to bring you a new and delicious cookie recipe. The Cookie Series begins on January 6, 2015 (the first Tuesday) and continues until December 29, 2015 (the last Tuesday).
