Cranberry Salad


Thanksgiving is over, and Christmas time is officially here!

But that doesn't mean we have to stop eating.

No siree. There's still plenty of time to eat yummy food before you commit to healthy-eating on New Year's Day (for like a whole entire week).

What's that? With all my talk of yummy food, you're craving something delicious, like cranberry salad?

Why, that's so convenient! 'Cause I have a recipe for cranberry salad right here on this very post. Amazing, right? Sometimes dreams do come true.

CRANBERRY SALAD


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound cranberries
  • 3 medium apples
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 packages of strawberry Jello, unprepared
  • 1/4 Tang or 1 package of orange Kool-Aid
  • Juice and zest of 2 cuties or 1 medium orange
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Put the cranberries, apples and nuts, each separately, through a food processor.
  2. Put them together in a bowl and sit in the rest of the ingredients.
