Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is great for making iced coffee! I love to have an iced coffee with lots of creamer in the afternoon; it's such a yummy treat! :)

  • 1 pound of ground coffee
  • Water
  1. Pour the coffee into a 12 quart pot. Fill the pot with water.
  2. Let the coffee water steep overnight.
  3. Strain the water through towels and/or cheesecloth (either will work).
  4. Store in jars and keep refrigerated.

When you're ready to make iced coffee, put ice in a cup and fill with coffee and creamer to taste. Enjoy!
